It is with great sadness that I advise all our members and other Goldwing owners that Reg Jeffrey passed away on Friday following a very short illness. Through Jeffrey Honda, Reg was a supporter and sponsor of the AWRA and we offer our condolences to his family at this time. His funeral will be held at 10:00am this Thursday at St Joseph Church, 212 Boronia Road, Boronia, Victoria. The boys from the shop wish to have a Goldwing cavalcade to lead the way to the Lillydale Lawn Cemetery and are hoping for as many Goldwings as possible. Please attend if you can. |

We seem to have been having some web site problems. I think I have now
restored everything. If you find something that doesn't look right,
please make a note and let me know. There also appears to be some ongoing problems with members e-mail. If you are e-mailing a member or the AWRA at an auswinger.com address, e-mail since 17 May may not have been received. I suggest holding off for a couple of days to see if the problem is corrected. I will advise when everything is again OK. |

The latest news on Val is that she is out of surgery and the surgeon is happy with the result. She has had a fairly major reconstruction of the shoulder but she's resting and should be home in 4 or 5 days. If you want to wish her well or send flowers etc, she is in the Mater Private Hospital, Brisbane. Val has asked me to pass on her appreciation of your kind thoughts and best wishes. |

Mary has let me know that the operation has gone well and Lionel has been up and walking around and looking great with his head shaved. He had a bit of a headache, (as you would expect), but the doctors are really pleased with him. Lionel is looking forward to coming home and riding again. |
